We will discuss how to second ferment, for flavor and carbonation and proper care for your SCOBY.   Before you know it, you’ll be making the most amazing brews of your very own to enjoy, and share with others!

Also,  you will receive a starter SCOBY to take home with you

Upon reading multiple articles about the benefits of Turmeric, I have decided to start adding it to my daily routine. I first started steeping it with hot water as a tisane. I found it was too difficult to pallet this way, but I wasn’t about to give up on this amazing spice. Turmeric is all over the web right now for being natures miracle spice.  I added a little milk and honey to help the texture and flavor. It was much easier to drink this way. That’s when I started playing around with different ingredients and came up with a recipe for warm turmeric milk. In the evening when I’m in the mood for something warm to drink, this fits the bill.  You can make variations depending on your taste. Sometimes I add a little cocoa powder for a chocolatey version. You can find Turmeric powder in our store here.
